we are in the process of building a senior citizen living campus with assisstance on required basis. kindly highlight as to what all should be included into the project to make their lfe meaningful.

How could you possibly be in the process of buiding a senior facility if you do not have it all laid out? I know you have to file plans with the city, county and state to get approval to even consider a project like this, and you had better have all your ducks in a row before you go in the door, or they will show you out faster than you came in! My Mother lived in two such facilities, and I worked in the office of a construction company for years, so I know a little bit about this stuff. If you are only in the “what if” stage, contact the county center on aging, and an architect specialising in senior facilities. They can give you the best advice. Then take a tour of a few currant opereations and ask some of the residents what they DON’T like about where they are living. That should give you a really good starting point.
